I just re-read this note.... I must have been really drunk.

    John

"I just thought I would send you a note, and thank you for keeping me in check. Ok all bullshit aside I like a lot of the shots you submit and hope you don't mind me as adding you as a friend. Looking at visitor messages.. kind of make you think. Humh I guess I don't see you being a real innocent soul...... can you shed any light on what roentarre may be referring to.....

I don't think I could answer the question of who I am more innocent then. but I will tell that I'm not guilty of anything! Who me?? I don't know what your talking about.

    John"

That is great! K20d is the camera to use. Mine is so worn out that it is not looking good at all. I am selling away olympus lenses and camera. I will be keeping oly 150mm f2 and leica 25mm f1.4. So is oly 50mm f2 macro.

Currently E620 is looking quite sexy. I will get that when the economy crashes further. Japanese yen is expected to crash. So I am waiting for that to properly sink in.

I am waiting for our prime minister to give us more cash bonus so I can spend it on more lenses

Peter is now fired up again, a lot of moderation going on. I will just monitor the outcomes by his fantastic work instead

And no. I am not crazy :P

The problem is that no body knows where the bottom is. The worst is that some companies will drop to the bottom and bankcrupt...

    Not a good sight

I am heading to Hong Kong and then Taiwan.

A little busy with my crashed port folio of investment. Trying to decide where to dump all the residue cash...

I will be away on an overseas business trip for 3 weeks starting this Friday. I will catch up with a few old pals who are into street photography.

Other than that, everything is good I am working on a new website now. Over the last week or so, I bought 2 da limited, 2 range finder lenses and 2 645 lenses. I am a little crazy again ...

Yea it is nice to know that others like and appreciate the work that gets posted, I am as guilty as most as far as the lack of posting positive comments on work that I see others post.

There is a lot of nice work and great info on this site. I would say about 60% of the time that I'm on line I am looking for answers to issue's that I'm having or posting something that I have shot, I need to spend more time socializing.

    Talk to you soon.

Hi there, my name is Oliver Hunt and I am a student studying 3d computer animation at the UK's national centre for computer animation. My final year project is set in a desert and i am looking for a dramatic sunset such as the one you have posted to use as the background plate for my animation and i was wondering if there was any possibility of using this image or if you had any similar that i might be able to use. You would be fully credited in my animation and i would be able to give you a copy of the finished animation. If you are at all interested please email.

    Many thanks

    Oliver
