Thanks for posting your experience with Pentax USA. Pentax Germany is similar, very nice, polite and helpful. They also service half of Europe and speak English. So if you run into a particular problem (out-of-support spares, etc.) give them a try. They also let you speak to the technician in charge if you have a question or a particular problem.

Do you mind sharing the drawings of the flash spring attachments with me? I need to repair three MZ-5's and sent you a PN concerning this.
