- I used to shoot film (15 years ago!) but switched to point and shoots for years. my husband bought me a pentax ist in 2005, and I have gotten a little obsessive. I love to shoot flowers, landscapes, and rural scenes (cant pass up a good barn!) I really love impressionistic photography. Now, I'm co-teaching a class at our church and doing art shows.
