You really can't go wrong with any of these cameras. I haven't taken the K-m on any backpacking trips yet as the weather here has been crappy, butI have used the K100 and it did fine. Weather seals only work if your lens is also weather sealed, and the DA* lenses are just too heavy and pricy for my taste.

The K200 is the same body as the Kq100 and is not too clunky, having said that the K-m fits my hand far better.

As to IQ, the K-m and the K200 should be about the same, they use the same processor etc. And RAW is pretty easy and just as quick when you get the hang of it. Download Adobe Lightroom free trial and give it a try.
