I forgot to say John, thanks for your comment regarding my photos, it's always nice to know you are appreciated but it doesn't happen enough these days. BTW, that 'it's good to be late ...' set of shots you posted made me real envious.

Happy to be your friend John.
I'm assuming the last line in your message ; "I don't think I could answer the question of who I am more innocent then. but I will tell that I'm not guilty of anything! Who me?? I don't know what your talking about." is what you are trying to decipher. Roentarre does have quite flowery prose caused by his cultural background and it doesn't always make sense. What context was it in, that might help me translate better for you.

I paid... 999.00 Canadian plus tax and I had it on order for three months. The day it was released, it was shipped and picked it up two days later... I am very happy with the lens fo rmany reasons. Very fast focuing and shape.. The DOF is excellent for the Macro I love to do. I haven't given it a good run yet but will be putting it through its paces this weekend if the weather is good. want to try some more Landscapes with the new ND8 filter I brought along with a IR fliter I haven't tried. This lens has not left my camera since I bought it though I will use my Pentax 12-24 more and my Tamron 90 macro is hard to beat... If you do get it, use a tripod for any close work to keep everything sharp. I will post results on sunday.. by far the best feeling lens I have...[quiet focus and fast. love that] what ever you decide, [Tarmon or Sigam] I think you will be ok.. JIMBO

    Hi Skinja,

I saw your review of the Tamron 28-75. You appeared to have some FF problems with your firts copy. Mine seems to have the same problem.
Do you have some example shots for me to compare?

    Jan Rinze.
