Voe, the chosen name will be australian society of street photography instead.

And Neil is wondering if you wanna meet up on Friday evening. Just three of us.

I would need to work Saturday for the long shift. So Friday evening is the best time.

Ok for another shoot Friday evening?

I got Volna 50mm f2.8 macro arrived and the lens smelt a little.

My leica adaptor arrives as well but it does not seem to fit onto the camera... Maybe you can have a look for me

That sunset scene really turns out well for me. How about yours?

    Eden is treating you nicely?

I am heading to sand dune festival in Rye and I will show you the shots after you come back

hehehe, just keep doing mnual focusing for a few years on the daily basis. The ease of doing manual focusing without any aids would come naturally like me.

Voe, 1 pm today and it is sunny! Need to bring lenses with more forgiving highlight performance

    Hi Calvin,
With my camera (Pentax K10D) it is easier to manual focus due to the bigger and brighter viewfinder. K100d uses pentamirror instead of pentaprism (K10D) and is not very convenient to focus. I also use the magnifying eyepiece + split focus screen. Also the focus confirmation from the camera helps a lot. And as a backup I often take more than one shot at different focus (focus bracketing).
