This week's photos will cover these dates: Sunday October 19th till Sunday November 1st.
Let's keep up the high standard of shots we have seen over the past weeks.
Rules as before:
1) No theme just your favorite stuff.
2) Let's keep it to about 4-6 images per post just so the thread doesn't get too big each week .
3) Any Pentax camera is fine, film, P&S, DSLR (or Samsung DSLR)
4) Runs for 14 days. Sunday October 19th to Sunday November 1st.
5) Enter anything you shot last week or this current week until the thread closes.
Alan - That is a very cool shot . I see you get the BW bug
This may be a B&W week for me as well. I just picked up a PZ-1 off ebay and have it loaded with HP5 right now. Been a looong time since I shot film and a doubly long time since I shot B&W so this is gonna be interesting.
Tran, that's a really nice shot, the only criticism I have is that it makes her look a little too skinny, I think your model would have looked better if her body was turned a little more to the front.
Howdy folks. My efforts at de-saturating a few from a windy, rainy night in Halifax. Camera survived fine, umbrella - another story. Had to get a shot in of a local donair shop too. Ken.

Good for you ! Hurry up so we can see the results . HP5 is a very good film . I started with Kodak film b/c those were only what the local store had . It was a mom & pop store . The owner would give you his take on your photos no matter what . Picked up a few tricks from him .

You're right . But the model loves it for the same fact . Go figure .

Nice series . I love the mood in those photos . Rainy days are almost here . I can't wait to do some street shots in the rain .
Have only one photo taken within the dates specified.
Very young Perenti lizard living under the hotel room.
Allowed me to get very close without moving.
K20D, Sigma 18-125mm from about 2 feet away.
Forgot to say earlier Tran, thanks for hosting this week.
Tom, Nice sunset shots.
Here's three from me: I recommend using the links for larger versions, especially the two landscapes (Note, I was up early enough to take those landscape shots because it was my bday. My wife had bought me an XBOX360 and I had been up all night playing Halo3 )
2) San Francisco Fog. Somedays it's like living above the clouds, I've posted other pics with this view but in those you can see Oakland docks, the bay and San Francisco in the back ground. http://www.pentaxforums.com/gallery/...1__IGP6790.jpg
And new pictures are being added while I'm working here! I love those fog images, Gary!
A few from Bidwell Park this week.
This little fellow is, I believe, a Western Fence Lizard. (He's a lot smaller than the Australian above ). He just wanted to sit in the sun and pose.
These little lizards have a native immunity to Lyme Disease, and if a tick carrying it bites one, it is said to kill the rickettsia that cause the disease.
