With this weekly challenge - the Holidays! I was looking for interesting interpretations of the Holidays.

This is very subjective, my choices for the top 3 are:

3rd - Timbo13

A great idea to capture a gingerbread family during the Holidays!



2nd - virgilr

Great capture of a Holiday tree in mirror!



And the Winner is...

I love this picture - a great perspective - although we cannot see either the little girl's face or Santa's face - we sense the 'magic' captured at this moment! A great Holiday picture!

Thanks for the appreciation, schmikey! It was one of those shots that I took in a more "artful" mode after I first got my K100d super last year, after not shooting seriously for about 18 years, and it so made me happy to be back into photography again when I loaded that shot up on the PC!

Amazing shot, Il_coffee. What presence of mind to crouch down and take that shot, and now I'm hungry for gingerbread, thanks to Timbo!
