i want to say frost
but i think its that fake frost, a-la christmass style wrapped around the chainlink fence.

okay this one MIGHt be fun...
i have taken a center crop, i will widen the image until someone gets it i'm not good at being cryptic, but here is a hint. "you can find the basic materials for this at the beach"
