Markings on a government vehicle (Garbage truck, Snow Blower. Street sweeper. etc.) instructing cars to be cautious and pass on right.

Not markings on an official truck
or on a barrier arm the object is round and long... this shot is looking at the long side... the holes are there for a reason.... Few more days and I'll put up the full image, if it guessed or not...

I don't want to be a party pooper but this has been going on for 5 days. Either a larger crop or revealing what it is would go a long way in moving this thread along.
I remember a while back there was a similar thread that was very popular but it died when activity slowed to a crawl. Please help move it along. Thanks.
