First off, thanks to everyone for joining in the fun this week. daacon, SupremeMoFo, atupdate, betsypdx, Arjay Bee, Scott Rylance, roentarre,

name, I'm very sorry, it's wicked late for me.

Honorable mention:
Arjay Bee - I love the mood in this photo.
"A friend fishing from a pathway, Cape York, Queensland."

daacon you also get an honorable mention for the "Reluctant Path" but for
some reason I could not get the image link. ?

3rd place
user440, "Lost Bridge" definitely don't underestimate yourself. This is a
great photograph, perfect for B&W too.

2nd place
roentarre, a wonderful panorama, so many directions to go.
I'd love to have this up on my wall somewhere.

And the winner:
atupdate, with "Into the Light." This is a very powerful photo - I kept coming
back to this one as I looked over the images.

This one was by far my favorite. Great choice!

I took that image about a year and a half ago and it never even made it to my photobucket site. Your challenge topic got me looking through my files and Ben's post processing technique helped bring the green moss to life. I should have the next topic chosen by early tomorrow.

Thank you for the HM Dan, and Tim the image I entered was also pped with Bens double sharpening process- perhaps a little too much looking at all the haloes - but they are my fault not Bens.

Thanks for the HM - as the rules are these have be taken with my Pentax it forces me to go out and take some shots!! (I have over 5 years of digital pics but only a couple monts with the Pentax ...) Fun stuff !
