The theme for the PentaxForums.com August Photo Contest is:

Water

Just like last month, this contest also allows for abstract photos to be submitted. As usual, plase do not post your submissions as replies to this thread! Make a new thread in the submission sub-forum instead!

It's a tough category for me, I haven't the faintest idea how many pictures I have already. Other than Thousands.

Plus I'll be spending some of this weekend on a river and most of August along a lake.

Now I think that I understand only one submission, but one user can vote for 3 photos per contest?

That's correct- only one submission a month, but up to three votes per poll.
