Official Rules for the PentaxForums.com Monthly Photo Contests

Please follow these guidelines when submitting entries for our monthly photo contests. Your photo may be disqualified or you may be asked to re-upload it upon any violations. These rules will be effective starting April, 2007.

Only one monthly submission is allowed per person
Each submission must be posted in a separate thread within the contest submission forum
The minimum allowed photo dimensions are 300x300 pixels
The maximum allowed photo dimensions are 850x850 pixles
To ensure smooth loading, no photo may exceed 750Kb in filesize
Your submission must be taken by you and not be a derivative work
Post-processing that enhances your submission is allowed
Your submission must have been taken with a Pentax camera
Submissions do not have to be taken in the same month as the contest
To avoid voting bias, please do not brand your photos with your username

Starting in June, 2007, voting polls will allow multiple selections per user based on the total number of contest entries.

Maybe it has been overlooked, but 3 entries in the voting forum are from the one entrant.
One of these entries, IMHO,does not come under the stated category anyway, and is polling very well.
Just an oversight perhaps.

Dont wish to be seen as some sort of wowser or complainer

woa, that had slipped by me too, indeed there are 3 pictures in the contest by the same person!

yes, i am the bad guy. i misread the rules and confused number of entries with number of votes.

please withdraw my entries.... i will pay more attention in the future.

i was wondering, is there an exception for the samsungs which are pentax clones? (it would even be nice to have no limitations at all, it's not like we're afraid of the competition, are we?

If you're afraid of having an image stolen, don't post it. You're always welcome to post a discrete watermark/copyright, but don't include your username if you can avoid it.
