8 year-old's view of Van Dusen Gardens

Forgot I had these pics; I set my son loose with an old Canon P&S when we visited the Van Dusen Gardens earlier this year.

Here's what he saw:

Nice pics! When I was that age I had a Kodak Instamatic, today's kids have a very different experience, I'm guessing.

I lived in Vancouver some years ago, and took my (Japanese) wife to Van Dusen Gardens when we last visited. I was surprised to that I could tell that some of the rooster-like birds had aged. 8^)
