I wonder when we will have similar promotion in Canada for the K-7. If it happens, I wonder how many would likley take a plunge north of the border - I am waiting to upgrade from my K10D.

Prodigital should accept a BIN price of ~$1150 USD, which with free shipping within Canada would amount to about the same price as importing from the US if not cheaper, along with getting a Canadian warranty.

the amazon price ($1100 atm) says that it includes the rebate with the shown price.
