So, first to vote... Some really outstanding images. Good luck to all you guys.

1. Overambicious Squirrel.
2. The first Humingbird to ever take a brake.
3. The sharpest seagull ever.

I really need a longer lens. I found a group of 12-15 Elk bucks this last weekend, and alas 200mm isn't nearly as long as it sounds...

Hmmm
Lots of good pics. I had not realized that those animals were considered macro photography ...I had it pictured as bugs and flowers. Well, I am learning. So many good photos, this one will be hard to decide.

the results are hidden... ... that's almost as bad as waiting for a Pentax announcement! No, wait, not seeing these results is worse. I can wait until whenever for the next Pentax announcement.

Gosh, so many good pics...OK, I voted for 14, 29 and 39...My criteria was simple. Since these are the types of photos I like to take, I voted for the three pics I believe make my pics look bad...

Being originally from Wyoming - sorry to correct "those who live to the South".

Male Elk are Bulls, females are cows (just look at your hunting license)
Male Deer are Bucks, females are Does.

Just try to explain that to the Rangers when you check your tags on the Elk Buck you have strapped to the hood of your Jeep. It can get expensive.
