About using lenses on other mounts, there is the problem of different lens <> focal plane distances in different lenses.
This means nothing else but that you will not get infinity easily with any lens<>camera combination.
In the case of Minolta Rokkor <> Pentax K-mount you can get lucky if you are a tinkerer. In fact the older Rokkkors are easier convertible to K-mount than the newer ones.
