K100D super problem

I noticed 4 small red crosses(+) when i view my photo's in 100% and it only shows up in the same spot and at high iso (800 & up) are these dead pixels? btw when does the NR of the k100ds work, co'z even when the NR is turned on in the custom settings menu almost all of my photo's say that it is off when the exif is viewed in photome?

NR only comes on for slow shutter speeds. Somewhere longer than 0.3" according to some, longer according to others. It's actually a "dark slide" taken for the same length of time with the shutter closed so that the firmware can remove the hot pixels from the image.

Btw on some of the photo's that the NR is ON those small crosses disappears.
