The "Kaching" sound.

I just bought another K200D but this one is in sliver and for my father. I got this one in sale for 300 euros. Now I was testing it and I noticed a "kaching" sound every time I press the shutter release button. Like the sound of hitting an empty can. Then I noticed that I had the same sound in my old K200D also. But in the new silver one the sound is a bit more pronounced.

Is this anything odd?

And yeah, one of my friends also bought a K200D for himself. He wanted a DSLR and on my recommendation he bought it.

Probably just a loud mirror return. I didn't realize how loud it was on my K100D until I tried a K20D -- what a difference!

300 euros? I'm moving to Germany!

That's highway robbery, that is! Prices here are killing me.

I love the manly noise my K100D makes when I take a picture. Reminds me of my indestructible Zenit-E.

Yeah the k20d has a noticeably quieter shutter than the k10d.
