Battery grips or packs

Hey guys im new on the site, still figuring stuff out so sorry if this has been asked before.
I currently shoot with a K100D body and just am using some rechargable batterys.
There not low end ones but not the best i could buy.
To say the least there not cutting it life wise. Question is, is there a battery grip for the k100? I thought i'd heard that there wasn't but i wanted to be sure. If not, what are some excellent batteries that you guys and girls could reccomend?

Thanks Wes

Check this thread about the Travor battery grip for the K100D.

Re batteries, I had terrible service from alkaline rechargeables. I bought some Rayovac Hybrids and they are excellent. Sanyo Eneloops are the same technology, buy whichever of the two you can find.

Hi Wes, Welcome to the forum.

Personally, I don't think its the batteries. I had the K100D and got rid of it promptly for just that reason - batteries. Many will NOT agree with me but, others WILL.

Depends on your expectations and what you've tried. If all you've tried are alkalines or low capacity rechargeables, not surprise you'd be disappointed - anyone would be. But high quality rechargeables including the easy-to-find Sanyo Eneloops and - give you over 500 shots per charge. If you're disappointed with 500 shots per charge, that's OK, and a legitimate reason to switch to a camera that does better. But if you're switching because you weren't getting anywhere near 500 shots, you were simply using the wrong batteries, and a $10 set of Eneloops would have fixed the problem instantly.
