Jumping on the K10D bandwagon..

I have the most wonderful boyfriend... today he ordered a K10D & battery grip, it should be here by Thursday! I'm so excited... I love my K100, but I know I'm going to love the K10 too. He got it for my birthday (over a month away) because he knew I was looking at getting the new DA* lenses and wanted me to be able to take advantage of the USM.

Is he a sweetie or what?

Carol

He's more than just a sweetie!!

Hi Carol!

He's a definite keeper! You're going to love the K10D. Can't wait to see the 'first light' photos. How long will it take to get there?

Happy Birthday!

PS - Forgot to ask if he was getting the K100 and if you'd be fighting over lenses soon!

It should be here before next weekend... As for the K100, I don't think he needs it, here's part of his collection:

And then, Ben, he learns the dark truth:

There are no grownups! It's all a huge fraud perpetuated to keep the youngsters in their place, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll love the K10D. The only negative that I have is that I haven't touched my DS (except to remove the batteries) since I got the 10D.

Hi Carol! You can always say that you're celebrating the X anniversary of your 19th birthday. Works for me, and use odd numbers, most people won't be bothered to try and add them up. Works for me, and I don't have to lie or avoid telling my age.
BTW congrats on the new camera! Enjoy! and happy birthday in a month!

I love the smell of new camera in the morning! They only look and smell that good for a short while. Fortunately the enjoyment of using it lasts for at least a few weeks. LOL. I ended up selling my *istD a couple weeks ago because it felt like a toy after having the K10 for a few months.

Enjoy!
