K7 rocks in low light!!!!

Ok this is from a local carnival band launch, the K20D could never do this as it wouldn't even lock focus in this lighting or get the WB any kind of close but the K7 out performed D90's and 40D's in this ( of course the Canon 5d MKII killed everything else, but it was doing video duty ).

Ok so I can say I am happy with the K7 as long as I shut it off after using live view lol.

I agree with you, the K7 is great in low light. I would expect it has a lot to do with the IS and it's ability to keep the shot steady with slow shutter speeds. Out of curiosity, what ISO were you shooting at? (Only if you remember of course)

don't need to remember just had to check the exif of the originals,

first is 1600 iso,

next is 640 when all the lights were on, note that the camera nailed the WB of flash exposure with the tungsten ambient light in other shots when other guys were shooting, will upload one of those when I dig it up.
