Just to make sure if anything hasn't gone loose.
When you take the camera and move your thumb off the e-dial, to the rubber covered part down-right. Does it click when you push it slightly?
I need to apply only as much force as when pressing the shutter button completely.
So it keeps clicking like that whenever i handle the camera.
Sounds like a button, same as if i pushed UP.

Does your k200d do the same? If not, should i be worried, or this is just an ordinary plastic behaviour/deviation and the body integrity as well as weather sealing should be fine.

No, something I didn't notice. Mine does not click even if you push it really hard

Never noticed it on mine, so I tried it to be sure, and it's solid - no movement, no sound,
