K-x long exposure noise?

Anyone try it yet? The 14.6mp Pentaxes so far have been awful for long exposures (speaking from experience), while the 10mp Pentaxes to date have a reputation as being quite good for it. Anyone try any long exposures with the K-x yet to see where it fits into the hierarchy?

I think the Kx will be better, but my understanding is that you still can't disable dark frame subtraction for exposures longer than 30 seconds. There seems to be something more inherently noisy about CMOS sensors versus CCD.
