Hey i want those lottery numbers too!
A cut down model of MF would be a smart move, it would be the cheapest digital MF camera out there and if lenses are compatible with high end 645D...then pentax would hook some clients that would possibly upgrade.
Do i smell some market share coming pentax's way?
I'm sure lots of enthusiasts wouldn't mind having long fights with reasonable wives/partners/boyfriends/etc just to get their hands on one of those...and if it's not more expensive than 4000$ it's gonna be a blast!.
Good thing for competition and consumers too since it would force the other brands to fight back either by prices or Specs...and the MF companys would have either to specialize more or to offer cheaper models (I want a digital back cheap for the Hasselblad i am going to inherit!!!
).
Cool rumor, hope it's true.
