Keeping in mind all those superlatives attributed to the forthcoming new Pentax model,
it is pretty clear that Pentax itself is unable to create that.

So, it must come from outer space!

Perhaps the images taken with it, will be directly transmitted to another galaxis?

Sounds like the 'super-cam' where we are waiting (and saving money) for..

But I do not think that it will be on the market yet at the end of Januari, so that I must on my trip to Chile with my K100D in Februari (that wholy month ).

Sounds like what I will be going for if I decide to take up shooting weddings down here.

Did you see any flashes?

Has the Ufo (Upho?) a more silent mirror slap

It makes sense to me: it's summer down under - much better light there than in the northern hemisphere. But most of all: Ben's smile is almost swallowing the N of his NDA.
BTW: what about the sound of the cam? More silent than the K10D? Hope it didn't sound like a machine gun at that speed, since I'm interested in shooting concerts.

Best wishes,
Jan

I don't think any company would take a step backward. But I could be wrong of course

Data back perhaps? Further attributed by the lack of chimping. Did the guy see an image on the screen, or just that there was a 'screen'.

If I recall correcty, Pentax has submitted a patent covering a method for overlaying information in the optical VF (or there were strong rumours to that effect). One of the applications could be instant review without having to chimp. Another one could be a live histogram.

I doubt it's the MZ-S. The poster stated that the framerate was high, and the MZ-S only has 2.5fps.
