The Samsung GX10 does not have all of the advanced features that the Pentax K10D has. Although similar there are some differences that are quite apparent.
Since Norwegian is close to Swedish, the spec says the viewfinder is an LCD display. Well the screen actually. Is this what the Pentax will have as well

Mike
it says it will have live view, which the k20d will have too, not really a surprise.

Ben
Blende: "Wrong.
The GX10 is almost identical to the K10. The differences are only cosmetic"
Are you sure? You mean Ben does not know the features of both cameras???

I am beginning to think that Ben knows next to nothing about Pentax.
Could this be closer to the k200 rather than the k20? Seems to be a mixture of both the Pentax speculated cams which could hurt the K20's sales, especially since everyone here can still use their existing glass on a Samsung body. Either that or it is the K20s counterpart and the Pentax version will sell for a couple hundred bucks more. From a business standpoint the Samsung partnership could do more damage than good in the long run, if i were Hoya i'd be looking to sever the partnership if they want to keep the existing price to performance userbase intact. No disrespect to Samsung users, but i dont see how Pentax can compete if their own products are being undercut by their business partner. I cant see Samsung raising their prices to keep the market even as most will just pay to have the Pentax instead unless they get a healthy slice of the pie for every sale Samsung makes. Who knows?
