I was just going to add:

Don't forget : if you're not going to be one of those people who buys one of those shiny new Pentax K20Ds the day they're released, there is still AN OUTSIDE CHANCE that you might still be able to take some okay photos on your existing Pentax cameras. Maybe.

That said, can't wait to see...

Sooo not true. The K20D has an enhanced P mode. No longer program, it stands for just "Pro". Hit the shutter release, Henri Cartier-Bresson appears and takes the picture for you.

Everyone knows that once a camera or piece of electronics is discontinued/orphaned, it no longer performs as well as it once did. This is a basic truth. Otherwise, why would people replace something that worked fine yesterday?

Madness, I say.

Some say that material things have feelings too. To ease the massive suffering that is soon to follow the release of the K20D, I've decided to help.
I'm setting up a home for abandoned K10D's. I'll give them a kind and caring home.

I understand another tragedy will soon follow the K20D realease. The new zoom lineup will rival primes for quality. This will leave many lonely prime lenses abandoned to the forgotten recesses of the camera bag. DON'T LET THEM SUFFER!
I'll gladly take in those lonely abandoned primes as well. -M, -A, *A , -FA, -DA, Limited ..... They all have feelings too. PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME!

Do it for the Pentax Children!

Hey, I like this idea. You can handle the Midwest, I'll handle the East.

Apologies for being part of the hijacking - however just wanted to say that your original post did inspire me to add www.k20d.jp to my internet favourites list!
