So, is it worth it to update now?
As I remember, last time they pulled it off, right?
My computer reminded me to update but I'm not sure whether I should do it or not.
Don't want to cause trouble with reinstalling again.

I just accepted the auto update. Seems fine but I've only had it about 2 minutes so I haven't had time to identify problems. Installation was without hiccup, though, and I trust they wouldn't release unless known issues were resolved.

Maybe I'm naive...

In my case, installing is a no-brainer as I really wanted the K20D PEF support.

There's an auto update?

I have PSE 5.0. How does one configure for an auto update?

edit

Is there an automatic download for such things as update to ACR plug-ins? I know that you can update parts of PSE 5.0 automatically.

Can someone check and see if the DNG converter still shifts the EXIF info with regard to the timestamp (that is, all my pictures processed from .PEF/K20D were shifted 8 hours back)?
