Lens Roadmap

http://www.pentax.jp/english/imaging...ns/roadmap.pdf

Jan 2009 targeted availability for the 55 1.4 and 60-250
i guess if you've waited two years for the 60-250, a few months more isn't a big deal

I wonder what the prices will be on the 55 and 30. It'd sure be nice to have a really fast SDM lens like that

The first german leak said 549 euros as a list price. I guess that would be approximately the same in $

I know it's labeled a DA... but anyone have any idea if the 55mm will have a FF image circle so it could be used on a film body, or some hypthetical future digital with a larger format?

As there is a DFA 50mm macro, I see no reason why the new DA55mm can't be work as a FF len...but of course this is only what I guess.

Ooops... thanks for the heads up: I missed that one.

The mods should merge the new, repeated threads to that old one.
