It looks like a typo but on page six of the B&H ad (upper right corner), in the ad section of the march 2009 issue of PopPhoto, there is an advertisement for a K200d Super. It's got identical specs to the K200d which leads me to believe that it is a typo.
It probably is a typo. The only thing the K200D is missing (IMO) is a larger buffer and faster shutter. Maybe faster x-sync as well, but that's only for strobe-junkies.

I think it was a typo like the one for the K20d listed as a super a few months ago. As far as the buffer size etc with K200d, I have always thought the limit was with the AA power source. I'm sure there's an ISO spec on the AA battery and although there are higher mAh batteries available, the circuitry has to be built within the lowest acceptable specification of power. Even though Pentax has recommended lithium batteries, they still have to make it work with cheap gas station batteries - even one's that aren't alkaline. It would be very hard to build something consistent with such a varying power source, but Pentax has seemed to pull it off.

Focus adjustment for different lenses (like the K20D) and it's mine tomorrow morning if they keep the AA's.
Differences I noticed
- The top of the flash from the K200D have straight lines. Not the one in the picture
- The K200D has the picture modes. Not the one in the picture
- In the picture the body is different where the AV and Green Button are located
- In the picture the SR logo is different (less red margins)
- In the picture there is a button next to the flash in the front not present in the K200D
- The Flash housing is black in the picture instead of silver
- The infrared window in the picture is horizontal while it's vertical in K200D
It looks like the body in that picture has no front control dial, but the grip does. It looks like a mix and match between a k200d type body and a k20d type grip.
Either that picture is photoshopped(likely) or he's holding a body/grip combo we haven't seen yet.
