I don't know if you are right... if you've invested in non FF lenses as many of us have, it is no replacement for a K7, it would almost be like an additional system.

Second thought. Maybe not. The price differences will probably be too much, and full framer will be directed against a different segment of the market.

Anyways whats due to marketplace first, the 2010 NX or the GX-30 ?
If GX-30 is a sister model of K-7, it should be announced soon.
But if it is, as ogl claimed, a lesser model, likely a sister model of K200D replacement, then it would probably be announced around the same time as the Pentax K200D replacement, i.e. around fall.
Maybe ogl will supply link to his two gx-30/nx images he started the thread with. I could not goggle them up, I already tried
NX images has been around for quite a while.

Has anyone seen the DXO reviews of the sensors? The panasonic versions always get higher grades than the pentax ones... Why??? Could it be that samsung is giving pentax somewhat "cripled" sensors? Remember those reviews are taken straight to the sensors with no lens taken on account...
