I have shown support in these difficult times
There have been so much talk about Pentax vs Hoya situation that I am sure newcomers and people interested in Pentax DSLR cameras and people who recently bought into Pentax must be scared of what to do or what they've done.
But k100d/k10d are great cameras no matter what name of company we will have in months/years to come. Sooo: I just ordered stuff worth $1500+ of equipment from Adorama. And guess what, it was all Pentax (Pentax k10d + grip + batteries + lens). We dont know how this situation with Hoya will end up but I am not waiting, I want to shoot now. Thank you all for your opinion and for help with choosing k10d. I am sure I will enjoy it.

Sounds great, have fun with it.
I feel the same; I plan to buy the K10 next month. It should be good for me the coming 4-5 years, and then I'm sure that there'll be other options in the K-mount at that time.
