1. New camera with crop-sensor with 8-9 fps (higher specs than K-7).
Second half of 2010.
P.S. K-7 goes to lower $900-1000.
2. 645D will be launched on spring, 2010. Very good featured. Very good price.
3. FF camera with 5 new FF lenses will be announced close to the end of 2010.
No info about date of sales. Forecast - first part of 2011.
Sensor - two options Not SONY.
4. Micro-APS system will announced too. Maybe it will be the camera like Leica X1 with 40 mm lens. Not clear.
I have to admit, it is pretty close to what I heard, except about FF. Pentax has been looking at FF possibility for a good while now, spent steady amount of R and D on it, but at the time of K-7 release they didn't have a definite plan of action. THAT I know for sure. That may have changed since then, however.

FF is around 2011. The end of 2010 is just guess. Anyway, FF camera is in plans.
Call me crazy, but whether pentax goes FF or not is far less interesting to me than what sensor they would choose to employ. I'd love to see something like the Fuji sensors or Foveon available on the wider market and have someone provide higher quality pixels to pair with the glass than the ever increasing MP race.
As such, fuji's speculated entrance into m4/3 with thier EXR sensor has been the most exciting thing i've seen yet. Now if Pentax would be willing to alliance with Fuji and put one of their sensors in a DSLR for an S6. That could be a real interesting move...

Not Sony, not Fuji.
Fuji went out of DSLR bussiness. FOVEON is part of Sigma. Sold last year.
I do not see a FF in the forseeable future ...and as to price, I doubt the K-7 will drop to that level unless Canon & Nikon drop the price of their competitive models by a similar margin. Pentax still have a way to go to rebuild the lens line up on the APS-C format let alone start building a line up of FF lenses again. I still think we will see the 645D as the Pentax response to those seeking a higher IQ than that offerd by APS-C.
ps: A 645D priced at around or just under $10K could be a game changer!
