Pentax K-7 awarded Good Design Award 2009

The Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization (JIDPO) announced the results of the Good Design Awards 2009 and the Pentax K-7 was one of several cameras under the "digital camera with interchangeable lenses" category to be recognized for good design.
Submitted for consideration was the K-7, smc PENTAX-DA18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL WR, smc PENTAX-DA50-200mm f/4-5.6 ED WR and the D-BG4 battery grip.

The G-mark provides strong recognition for outstanding product design.
Yet more reason for K-7 owners to celebrate. Kudos to Hoya Corporation.
