Does anyone know something about this action ?

unusual, but it's advertised in Polish webstore (US cashbacks never worked in PL stores, so i think, that this time, it has to be worldwide cashback)

Hmm, I thought that looked alittle strange - hadn't heard the 'pix your life' slogan before - is this new, or only outside the US? I wonder if they are dropping 'be interesting'. Also, if there is a new cashback program any worthwhile business makes it retro-active, especially on a new model barely on the market (here's hoping!)

100€ cash-back for a K-7 from what I have heard... that should get the K-7 body only under the €900 limit just before the holiday period.

It was published as well in the official Pentax Germany newsletter.

When buying something worth at least 700 euros, you'll get 50.- back. From orders above 1000.- you'll get 100 euro back, from 1500.- euro order you'll get 150.- back and above 2000.- order you'll get 250 back. One can combine several smaller orders to apply for a cashback. The offer is valid from 02.11.09 to 15.01.10.

Cashback in the UK from the 2nd November.

Cashback is available on simultaneous purchases of any Pentax products; DSLR, compact, bridge camera, lens, flash, grip, accessory or binocular to the following values on your receipt or invoice:

• £50 cashback is available on purchases of £650
• £100 cashback is available on purchases of £1,000
• £150 cashback is available on purchases of £1,500
• £250 cashback is available on purchases of £2,000'

Even with the cashback we will be paying way over prices in USA.
