optio w 30 question
what about salt water.....will salt water affect this camera?

As much as salt water affects rubber seals and plastics... What do you think? I'd say it won't, though I may be mistaken.

I've taken underwater photos with my w30 in saltwater -- I've never had a problem, and I simply rinse the camera off in fresh water ASAP after exposure to saltwater...same as I do with my saltwater flyfishing reels. DAN

My W20 has been in saltwater only. It's 2 years old now and works fine.
