Is this a K mount lens

A friend of mine asked me what type of mount this is and I had a hard time guessing.

Is this a Pentax mount lens? If not, what mount it is?

Doesn't look like a K mount evidenced by the notch in one of the bayonets but can't swear it isn't. What lens is it? Any writing around the flange area (PK, PK/R, etc)?

it is a Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm f/3.5 Macro Zoom lens

I'd guess it's a Minolta mount. Definitely not a K-mount.

Either Konica or Minolta but definitely not a K.
