Did I get what I ordered?

Lens in question is the Sigma 18-50 2.8. On Amazon, it was listed as Sigma 18-50 f/2.8 EX DC SLD ELD Macro for $396.95.
Amazon.com: Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC SLD ELD Aspherical Macro Lens for Pentax and Samsung Digital SLR Cameras: Electronics

Just opened the box today, and on the side it reads 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Macro, with the SLD logo below. It looks like the one in the picture, but it doesn't say anything about ELD glass on the box, or in the instructions?

As far as I know, there are only two versions of the Sigma 18-50 f/2.8: the "regular" one (earlier model) and the newer "macro" model:

Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC MACRO

For what it's worth, neither ELD nor SLD are part of the lens' official name (although they are listed in its specifications).

Wow! $670...I guess that's the MSRP, I paid $400 on Amazon.
It's definitely not the old version, they don'y look alike at all.

I had one of those for a bit, but traded it back in for the DA*16-50. I remember the box was very generic, since it says SLD on the lens I wouldn't worry. As long as it's a macro, you got what you ordered because there are only 2 versions available, the macro and the not (with the macro supposedly being better...).

For the record I really liked my copy of this lens, but decided I wanted HSM/Weather sealing for some of the shooting I do, so I sent it back.

I don't really shoot in inclement weather, so that won't be an issue for me. I don't think the *ist DL2 is sealed anyway, and it definitely won't support HSM. Glad I didn't get ripped off, thanks all.
