arpaagent, I like the lobby shot too; great reflections. Nice to see you keeping and still using A lenses after your sale. I'm going to be looking for A lenses this tour at work.

A 70-210/4 @200mm...a little shakey
Yea I really like shooting with the A-lenses, I think they are a great fit style-wise with the current DLSR linup (matching black + rubber). I've been trying to take my A24 out a bit more, but I've been having trouble with wide-angle composition lately because I've been doing lots of macro and short tele. I got an 85/1.8 SMCT lately that has been hogging my camera , but I'll get back in there soon. It's very tempting to throw the 35-105/3.5 on and take it for a walk. Very versatile and capable lens, similar to the 70-200/4 which I also adore.
Good luck finding some nice ones in Taiwan!
Here's one to remember my long lost (AKA recently sold) A135/2.8 ... close to wide open @ f/3.5.
This is the obligatory first shot with my new macro lens, the smc PENTAX-A MACRO 1:4 100mm. I'm quite astounded what this lens with just five elements can do. It is a very handy little lens, well built.
This was my first experiment with OOF areas using my new A50/1.4 that I got from Arpaagent.
I must say, I'm not so sure I even need the FA50; I certainly don't need the K50/1.4 and M50/1.7.
They'll be in the Marketplace soon.
Here's another with the A50 - playing with sidelight coming through the petals.
My first ever shot with the A50/1.4 - straight out of the package.
It was a long winter and it is time for Spring Cleaning.
In all these years I have never had one. I didn't know what I was missing.
My take on Windows, my LBA in practice and sheer delight at this lens.
Nice shots paul! Glad to see that the A50/1.4 is getting some great use! It certainly can render scenes beautifully, no doubt about it. I'm going to head out for a walk around our local lake park greenway in a few minutes, and I'll toss an "A" lens or 2 in my bag...hopefully I can get it on the camera at some point...I guess it depends on what I run in to.
Here's one today from my lake walk. A24/2.8. Got some with the 70-210/4 as well that I might share later. The weird brightness underneath the branches in the upper left is from my PP not the lens. oops.
Jim: Nice shot! I like the composition and the three bursts of primary color - and the light on the trees on the far shore and the distant valley. The A24 looks like a fine lens.
Must be nice to have a lake within walking distance, and to have warm enough air to sail on it before Easter.
Picked up an A-50mm F1.4 finally and just started playing with it; will have to do some side by side tests with the A-50mm F1.7 to see the difference in image rendering but wide open, this lens definitely has a dreamy, painted feel to it.

Well, yeah--I've got a pair of A zooms but I haven't shot with them for a while. Time to give 'em some exercise. Here's a shot with the 70-210mm f4 from last year.

Hey thanks for the tip. It is much better that way.
