Posts: 269 | Opinions on FA85 2.8 Soft Focus Does anyone use the FA85 f2.8 Soft Focus on digital? I have a line on one, new in the box for $430 US. Does that seem like a decent price? All opinions welcome. |

| Site Supporter | Yes, I used it. I had one before I sold it. Mounted on my K100D and it's a very nice lens but you have to practice a lot in order to be able to control the softness especially at wide open aperture. It has no problem and works fine on digital. You got more reach though, 85x1.5=127.5mm Very nice lens especially for the focal length and the soft effect. |
