wanna give away a lens, any takers

I had posted a lens for sale in the marketplace, but nobody wanted to buy it..... so i have decided to give it away.......
its a Pentax-A 50mm F2.0..... they are pretty cheap on ebay, but if you are thinking about buying one, why spend the money....

will ship to continental united states using the cheapest method...... will not come with a back cover, but i ll pack it good.....

I'd like to propose an idea. I'm a newbie here and I think it would be great fun if this lens became a communal roaming lens!

Some rules perhaps...

When I receive the lens I will try and show it a good time and then I will post a single image taken with the lens, in this very thread, or we can move it to a new "Roaming Lens" thread.

When the single image is posted... the next person to reply will be sent the lens and they will post a single image taken with the lens and post it here... Then, the first person to reply to that posted image will be sent the lens and so on and so forth to infinity... and beyond!

Who's with me?

I'm not sure I agree with the first posting gets the lens next idea fully (it could be done another way perhaps), but that is minor compared to the whole idea of a roaming lens concept, sent all over the world a picture taken by each person then sent on... it could give Pentax, and it's great users some good press in the process.

I'm willing to supply my A50mm f1.7 for this purpose..

Maybe If I got it back after one full year, I can send it tomorrow to whoever has never used one, and we can see how far it gets in one year!
