Where can I find the polarizer cap for DA* 50-135mm lens hood

Pentax does not sell the cap separately. I'm afraid you would have to purchase the hood to get the replacement cap.

Pentax, no country for lost caps.

Alternatively, you could just hold the lens so that your index finger covers the hole.

Sorry if I don't understand but what exactly is a "polarizer cap for lens hood"?

Pentax lens hoods have a removable window that allows you to manipulate a polarizer filter while the hood is still on. The part that covers the window can be lost.
