I don't believe it....

I said the heck with it and offered to buy a guy's FA 43 Limited in our marketplace and he changed his mind about selling it. His price was $355 shipped.
So I offered Prodigital $335 which with their $18 shipping fee brought the total to $353.00, this includes a Mack 7yr warranty and they accepted!
I've heard they will accept 10% off their price but I pushed it to 11.84%:-). Now watch the Microsoft cashback return, that would be my luck.
When I made my offer there were 3 black lenses left and now, 48 hours later there were still 3 left so maybe this is why they accepted my offer.
Thanks to all who didn't order in the last 48 hours:-).

Oh PS: Please don't order yours until they ship mine, daggone it!!:-)

I've gotten about 20% off their items before. It really does depend on exactly what item it is.

Congrats. The FA 43 may be the best "fast-50" made by any manufacturer.

I'd advise taking a lot of shots with it, both to learn how the FL differs from 50mm, and how it renders bokeh under certain circumstances. You will begin to develop a feel for the lens that's worth more than any description.

Thanks Jay, I'm excited about this lens, I've looked at a lot of shots other people have made with it and read a lot about it. The weather here has really slowed down my picture taking so I'm gonna have a lot to learn with this and the 77 I haven't been able to shoot much, yet. Plus I have the M 200/4 on the way. I kinda pushed these FA Ltd purchases because I'm scared of the price increases being talked about and I wanted them to use on my film bodies also. It's time to do some serious saving now and it's going to be fun concentrating on using the gear I've been so fortunate to acquire.
