NEW Lens day! Got a new lens? Post it up!

Like the title says!
This baby came in today, 43mm in sexy silver!
I was so excited so I took pics of my Flowerhorn, his name is Richard!

I love this FA limited!! After going from FA501.4 to FA501.7, this 43 is it for me as far as normal and at twice the price of the fast fifties it definitely feels all worth it too!
I still have 50s but those are manual goodies, but this is my new favorite! woooo!

XR Rikenon 50/2

Here is my recently acquired XR Rikenon 50/2 attached to the Ricoh XR2s it came with. From what I understand, the 50/2 is sort of a cult classic. There are some outlandish sharpness claims floating around. Once I get some time and good outdoor light, I will post a few pictures to the off-brand club.

I have created a "first series with new lens" group on Flickr. Here is the link.. It is not limited to Pentax or Pentax-mount. It is about what people shoot first when they get a new lens. Do join!

I just got the DA 21/3.2 Ltd a couple of days ago. We're working overtime which means dark going to work and pretty much dark getting home but I snuck out early yesterday and managed to get a few shots in.
For some reason I didn't really expect the DA Ltd to match the FA Ltd's. I don't know why, maybe the kinda mixed reviews I've seen about the DA 21/3.2 and the fact it has no aperture ring and it being a new generation lens I figured it couldn't live up to the build quality of the FA Ltd's.
I couldn't have been more wrong. The build quality is outstanding, just as it should be for a Pentax Limited. I love the FOV of this lens and it is sharp. Sharper than I expected. I know now, in retrospect, I needn't have worried. I remember some incredible pics posted by Duplo and others. Diego's pictures finally pushed me over the edge to pull the trigger.
There's not much color around here this time of year but these samples really kinda pushed this lens and I'm very happy with it.
Something weird is happening with Spike, he's almost beginning to pose for the camera, like he is going out of his way to jump into the frame.
