Some initial Tamron 70-200 F/2.8 lens Observations

I recently purchased the above lens on this forum, and last week had my first opportunity to really use it, taking a couple hundred pictures of an indoor event in lower light, and was really impressed with the results! This lens can even help a poor photographer like me take good pictures!

Pictures were taken at ISO 800, F/2.8, and at from 160-200mm.

In a couple weeks I will be using it at a Tae Kwon Doe competition and will be curious how it does there!

Good to know that you are enjoying your new lens. I considered the Tammy. Then decided on a limited prime for its smaller size. Also I do not shoot indoor sports events. So it worked out well for me. I read very good reports about the Tammy posted here though. So congrats again for the new lens.

Yes, congratulations! Would you be kind enough to show us some samples?

Thanks.
