Needing help with mystery lens

This weekend I went and picked up a camera package locally and with the package came a mystery lens. I was only after the TC (Pentax AF 1.7x) that was included in the package so I'm looking for some info so I can sell this lens along with a few other items that came with the package. It appears to be an Access*Tempo lens. Has anyone heard of this brand? A quick google search was not much help so I'm looking to you guys/gals for some guidance. It has a full metal body and it's pretty dang heavy. It appears to be a 28-70mm autofocus zoom lens and the aperture goes from 3.5 - 22. Any info that anyone has would be very helpful. Here are a few photos of the lens.

Definitely looks Sigma-like. Is it any good Mr Tibbs?

Well, I'm pretty new to this whole photography stuff so I really don't have much to compare it too. I will say that I feel that it is a "slow" lens, but it does work. I'll upload a few unprocessed photos and let you guys decide.

When you get some shots, be sure to add them to the collection in the Off-Brand Club thread!

Here are a few unprocessed photos using this lens. I tried to take the photos at both full zoom out and in as well and aperture wide open and closed off.

Even the font is the same as sigma... they just changed the sigma part to access*tempo. My sigma was really light though and the built quality is probably the worst of all my lenses. ... one of the parts was stuck together with a sticky tape! I actually had fun ripping the lens apart since it was my first experience ^^;

I had this lens intact for around a week but ruined it in an effort to clean the fungus. Now the barrel is a small model scrap holder.

Yep, easily identified as a Sigma lens at a glance. And as mentioned, Sigma lenses around this era did not have favorable views when it comes to their build quality, though it probably performs fine.
