Which is the best of the two?

LBA is hitting me really hard these days. After the DA*200, I am now looking for a 300mm lens. I know some of you told me to go with a 300mm lens right away, but I could not resist the 1 stop gain provided by the DA*200, especially for indoor use.

Now, I am considering the purchase of a 300mm lens and am hesitating between the DA*300mm f/4 and the F*300mm f/4.5. Has anyone compared these two lens as far as image quality i concerned? I know the pros and cons of the two opponents, but I am wonderin if the IQ is the same or if one has a slight advantage over the other?
