Fair Price for a mint DA 35mm Ltd. macro

Can you folks give me an opinion on a fair price that people would pay for a mint condition DA 35 Ltd. macro lens.

$400 or more, probably.

I got mine for $330 in good-to-excellent condition back before the prices jumped.

I recently got a mint boxed one off UK Ebay for the equivilent of $392 USD which I consider a fair price seeing as my max bid was $400.

I got mine about an year ago for the equivalent of 350USD. This lens had a strange price history, it was released with a MSRP of about 700, then it was available in many places for about 350-400, but now I don't think you can find one for less than 500... probably people realized how goo d it is and decide to increase the price...

Looks like $400+ is the going rate these days. I got in on one of the Prodigital2000 deals when they were practically giving them away....$290 shipped after some haggling.

I got one from Prodigital2000 for $350 dollars, but the price has since sky-rocketed. Looks like B and H is selling it for 529, while Amazon has some reseller selling it for 1200 dollars. I think 400 to 425 sounds reasonable, but I guess it depends on how much the buyer wants it.
