Lens Infatuation

So I received my DA* 50-135mm a few days ago, from Ari (who buy the way is a fantastic seller, thanks again) For about a year I have been eyeing this lens, going back and forth between 50-135 and tamron/sigma's 70-200 offerings but always came back to the DA* due to superior build quality and lighter/more compact size.

Is it strange that I want to take it out to turn the zoom rings? Is it strange to just stare at the lens? Is it strange that as much as I want to take pictures with the lens, I want to take pictures of the lens? Am I crazy? Am I in love?

Just a little tease:

Sounds like you have a lens fondling addiction.
